DSTRKT is both a restaurant and a lounge-bar; prominently positioned in close proximity to many a performing-arts venues for pre-theatre, pan-asian dining, or in the heart of Soho for a good night out.

Drinks: The drinks are decent and the menu features most classic cocktails with a slight twist: such as Gentlemen’s Fashion, Le Blanc, Apricot Cooler etc. They are priced around £15, which is a bit expensive for an average, humble serving size. There are no special sharing options for large groups, such as punch bowls or potent mixes, but regular bottle service suffices that purpose: Ciroc vodka is for about £570 and whiskey’s start from about £350 onwards. We pre-drank before the club so just had rounds of shots which were £10+ each.

Entry: We were a group of 5 (two boys and three girls) and paid £20 each for entry, after being on a guestlist. The staff at the door were welcoming, but tried hard to sell us a VIP table for £300 - this is quite a common practice for night clubs in Mayfair, but with some persistence we negotiated a normal entry.

Music: DSTRKT is known for its DJ nights and VIP performances - so be sure to check out their website / instagram for ‘what’s on’ the night you plan to visit. We did not go on any special night, but yet enjoyed the music very much: think top charts, African-American R&B and Hip Hop.

Overall: We enjoyed our night at DSTRKT - it’s a well done-up, rich interior Soho establishment, where we were moderately drunk and danced on sofas to familiar beats.
